2st Annual Ride in conjunction with 113 year old Bean Day event with all kinds of activities from Friday to morning of the ride on Labor day. Huge community free food served that afternoon. The official Bean Day FB page

8am start for all the rides.
Shortest Wagon Route heads east first then north out into the rolling plains through Jurassic park sized electric fenced area that used to be Zebra ranch. Heading back west past working ranch houses and a big climb back up where you can see wagon ruts heading back to wagon mound.
Mound Route had tarmac at first to get up and past Charette lake, and around Apache mesa Right on the Santa Fe trail through open range. Antelope, Elk, and and some far off views on this loop finishing with a 1000' 15 mile Tarmac downhill ending back to Wagon Mound.

Pick the route where you can make it back by 12-1 for the free meal after. no food served after 1.
