Huffmaster Grasshopper #2

Huffmaster: The course starts at Maxwell Fire Department. This year we head west and take a left on Sutton Rd. for the first gravel section. The course zig-zags for 15 miles along the flats until hitting the first climb. Leesville Rd. is a 1,500 ft climb over 10 miles. Over the top we head past Huffmaster and continue on to Ladoga and take a left at mile 37 and continue for 13 miles though Stonyford to Rail Canyon Rd. Rail Canyon is an 8 mile ripping gravel dirt/gravel road that climbs 800ft. The route then heads down hill and continues on to Huffmaster Rd. There is a short 400ft gravel climb to the top of the summit before the course continues on gravel through for 10 miles to the “town” of Sites. In Sites, we get back on pavement for 5 miles before turning right off the main road to finish it out on on gravel.
