About this event

Join us for our 8th Annual JUST A CHILL RIDE 50K that takes place out of Dwight, Ks. This is a FREE supported GRAVEL bicycle ride on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Route begins and ends at The Event Center, 540 8th Street, Dwight Ks.

This event includes Saturday morning breakfast items and coffee, 32 to 37 mile gravel route in the Flint Hills of Morris County Ks, a midway SAG stop, post ride meal with beverages, post ride shower and an opportunity to just CHILL and ride with friends or make new ones!

This event is a fun, social ride and limited to 35 participants.

Lodging

RV, vehicle and tent camping available for a small fee for those that want to camp on Friday. The Event Center will be open for overnight use by those that stay Friday. (Or Cottage House Hotel in Council Grove is only 18mi away.)

Pink Gravel

A personal diagnosis of breast cancer and love of gravel cycling led to my creation of Pink Gravel in 2020. The Pink Gravel Crew and Ambassadors can be found at several events in Kansas and a few in Nebraska. Pink Gravel hosts an annual event the first Saturday of October and occasionally one the first Saturday of August.
