La Grind is a 2-Day gravel stage race (brought to you by Kohlmeier Dental LLC and Panaracer) where participants' time from day 1 and day 2 are added together, giving racers their grand total.

Day 1: 100 Miles
Day 2: 65 Miles to the Finish Line

A stage race takes strategy, endurance, GRIT, a little insanity, AND legs. If you are FIERCE and like to have FUN on gravel, 2-days crushing the rolling flint hills is for YOU!
