Quintessential Races in far off places!
NEW Start location at the Mosquero Schools Equestrian Center Park on either long sides outside.

The Cub length, great entry level Grind with vast views along the Harding County Plateau slightly longer and harder than last year at 45 miles for 2023.

The BEAR will be raced classic CCW,Classic way back there terrain and the big BEAR of a climb at the end!

The Grizzly does it all, New B-road on the top plains, and then the CCW BEAR.

ALL ROUTES : Aero bars are allowed, No outside help feeding! Come ready to self support your ride.
Grizzly rides can pick up food as they pass back through Mosquero. I do a backwards sweep after 8mph average passes. No time cuts.
CLASSES:
OPEN Cub - $40 STARTS 10am
Bear over 50 - ALL other longer STARTS 9am
Bear under 50 - All bear $50
Bear ladies - OPEN Grizzly - $60

FREE food FEED after. Winner of the Cub gets a hand carved bear, Fastest time in the BEAR and GRIZZLY Handcarved Log stool!

Great intro to gravel ride with some challenging parts towards the end and a nice long straight power grind home. some thing for all types of riders.

Classic CCW bear. Amazing route with lots of history of coal steam trains, ranches, rock houses and old churches. Make it around and treat yo'self with a beer from the brewery!

GRIZZLY

100 mi · ↗ 3,700 ft · 90% gravel · $60 entry

2nd year of the Grizzly, slightly easier compared to last years CW route around the bear loop. Hopefully some riders will step up and race the big boy!
NEW B-road section on the first flat 30 could mix it up.
