Routes

RF Fishing 2024 Short Official

50 km · ↗ 784 ft · 70% gravel · $65 entry

This short-distance route provides scenic views of the river, winds through the forest, and has some pavement for relief/maybe to do a little sprinting on. For transparency, Northern Michigan has a higher sand content - which means it can literally downpour the day before the race and our routes will be in prime condition, it also means that if it doesn't rain for a month there could be a sand pit here and there (route wise they are minimal, at least we think so). I regularly ride 45mm up front and 42mm back tires and it works perfectly, hope that helps! :)
