About this event

In 2024, cycling legend Olaf Ludwig will lead you on a relaxed bronze tour along the Stoneman Miriquidi Road. Together with other riders, you will experience the “Dark Forest” from a new perspective. Along the way, you will learn a lot about the history and people of the Ore Mountains. At the end, a bronze stone awaits you as a trophy.

20.06.2024: 
Start at 9 am at Prijut 12 in Oberwiesenthal. Our intermediate stops are the Bärenstein, the Drei-Brüder-Höhe and the Saigerhütte Olbernhau before heading to Seiffen. Our hotel is located directly in the town center. Daily distance approx. 86 kilometres and 1130 vertical meters.

21.06.2024:
Start at 9 am at the hotel. Today it is a round trip via the checkpoints Schwartenberg, Holzhau, Bärenfels, Zinnwald, Litvinov and Nova ves v Horach back to Seiffen. Daily distance approx. 111 kilometres and 1780 vertical meters.

22.06.2024: 
Start at 8 am at the hotel. We start with a descent to Deutschneudorf, where we continue our route in the Czech Republic. Our checkpoints today are Chomutov and Klasterec nad Ohri. We then leave the Bohemian Basin and tackle the royal climb up the Keilberg. Our destination is the Fichtelberg, where we finish our overall tour with the last summit. We then head downhill towards the spa town of Oberwiesenthal. We meet in the evening for the finisher's party with dinner and trophy presentation at Prijut 12 in Oberwiesenthal. Daily distance approx. 112 kilometres and 2000 meters of altitude.
