Okanagan Graveller

The Okanagan Graveller is back for its third edition, and we’re excited to welcome riders to an incredible new home at Telemark Nordic Club in West Kelowna, BC.

After two unforgettable years of gravel adventures, we’re raising the bar once again. Located just 10 minutes from Highway 97, Telemark offers endless forest service roads, breathtaking mountain scenery, and an authentic backcountry experience that sets the stage for our biggest and most exciting event yet.

Okanagan gravel is a little different. This isn’t the prairies, it isn’t flat, and it definitely isn’t a rail trail. The roads here can be janky, steep, loose, and unpredictable, with rugged climbs, rough descents, and rewarding views that showcase the true character of the Okanagan.

Whether you’re new to gravel or chasing your next epic challenge, there’s a distance for you:

- The Stone — 40 km: A welcoming introduction to gravel for beginners and newer riders, with approximately 650 metres of climbing over rolling terrain.
- The Rock — 70 km: Featuring approximately 1,300 metres of climbing and a good punchy challenge in the middle.
- The Boulder — 120 km: Our signature event, with approximately 2,000 metres of climbing on classic Okanagan gravel.

And the weekend gets even more exciting with the Dirt Derby—a fun, fast-paced team race taking place on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

Teams of three will race around a 1.4 km dirt loop for 20 laps, covering 28 km in total. Riders must complete a minimum of three laps each and can ride a maximum of three consecutive laps before handing off to a teammate. Teams can use any combination of riders and strategy they choose, making the Dirt Derby less about elite racing and more about teamwork, tactics, and having a great time.

With three gravel distances, the Dirt Derby, an unforgettable event village, and an amazing community, the Okanagan Graveller is more than a ride—it’s a full weekend of gravel, challenge, and adventure.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the start line on June 27, 2027, with the Dirt Derby taking place Saturday, June 26, at 3:00 p.m., and the gravel events starting Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m.
