Round 3 of the Oregon Triple Crown Series on the Oregon Coast and one day prior to West Coast Gravel 9 miles south in Yachats! Spend the weekend with friends riding gravel on the Oregon Coast!

The Oregon Coast Gravel Epic, established in 2013, is the spring classic for the Pacific Northwest. It consists of 65% pure, unpaved logging roads and the other 35% smooth pavement left over from decades of active logging that still exists today.

This endurance event showcases the raw beauty of the ancient Siuslaw National Forest and some of its seriously stout hills. Weather you take on the 60 mile abomination or 37 miles Son of Abomination a good day in store for you on the Oregon Coast.

Oregon Coast Gravel Epic Son of Abomination Route

The 37-mile Son of Abomination route. both routes share the first 14 miles, then this shorter loop bears right and heads down a rugged section of gravel road, connecting back with the longer loop. A shortcut to enjoy the day on the coast without the 6000+ feet of climbing the Abomination route offers!

Not as big as the Abomination, this route provides a great aid station and a way to get back a bit sooner than the longest loop!
