Tour de Taco, a Riverside Racing Production

TOUR DE TACO 2026
Howdy!
The Tour de Taco is a 45-mile dirt-trail-road adventure ride through some of the North Shore’s finest trails and back roads. This epic tour through eleven different North Shore towns is a self-guided adventure (read: extra tubes, at least 40psi, water, food) so make sure you download the route to your Garmin.
Check out the route, it’s one big hot pepper!
The first side of the pepper is smooth and fast power line leaving Newburyport and heading towards the canal in the southern point of Wenham. We've removed Georgetown Center and the sketchy bridge etc. and instead will go through GTRSF and Cleveland Farm. Mostly smooth but some singletrack.
The riders will descend into Patton Park just past the half-way point where they find an oasis of hydration and nutrition selections.
The second half of the tour will cover: Appleton Farms, Pingree, Winthrop St., Willowdale, Ipswich and hit the power line back to the bike path and Riverwalk Brewing for burritos & brews!
The purpose of this ride is to promote the wonderful world of adventure riding while supporting the elder generation of racers. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Riverside Racing Senior Development Team; funds will go directly towards their race entry fees and travel expenses.
Ride is limited to 150 riders.
Riders meet at Riverwalk Brewing at 40 Parker St in Newburyport, MA. Ride rolls out at 10:00 AM.
45 miles. CX bikes preferred. MTB is fine.
Expect 3+ hours.
$75 includes your choice of chicken, pork or sweet potato burrito,and a pint glass to fill with your choice of beverage* post-ride. *first one's on us!
Riverwalk will, of course, have lots of refreshing bevvies and cold beer on tap!
